Pics Carol Lynley Feet and LegsCarol Lynley (born Carole Ann Jones (born February 13, 1942 - September 3, 2019) was an American actress, best known for her role in the movies Blue Denim (1959) and The Poseidon Adventure (1972).Lynley was born in Manhattan to an Irish father and a New England mother. Following her first professional venture as an actor, she later became an infant model. She won the Theatre World Award as "one of the most promising stars in 1956-57" for her role in The Potting Shed. Lynley's film career got underway in 1958 with the Disney movie The Light in the Forest. Holiday for Lovers (1959), Blue Denim (1959) followed. She was nominated in the year 1959 for the Golden Globe Award as Most Promising Female Newcomer - Female. She was also nominated for the Golden Globe Award again for Most Promising Youngcomer - Female in the year following for Blue Denim.
