Kari Sam Wuhrer, born on April 28, 1968, is an American Actress and Singer. Wuhrer began her acting career as a teenager. Her most well-known role was as Maggie Beckett from the TV show Sliders and also for her role as Sheriff Samantha Parker on the horror film Eight Legged Freaks. Her family has given her three brothers. When she was a teenager was a nightclub singer, sneaking out of the family home to perform. Kari Wuhrer was an American model, performer and actor. Her acting career at the Wooster School at the age of thirteen years old. Born in Brookfield on April 28th on the 28th of April, 1967. Her father is an German American policeman, as well as an auto salesman. Kari is the youngest of three siblings. When she was in her teens, she performed in nightclubs by slipping away to take a break. Kari, who was then 13 years old studied at the Wooster School and Tisch School of the Arts of New York University. She took drama classes at Columbia University, Marymount Manhattan College, Marymount Manhattan College college, and also the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art with a drama teacher renowned for her work as Uta. Kari began acting when she was a teenager. Her breakthrough was in 1987 when she played MTV Remote Control.
