Kelly

Kelly Clarkson, an American singer-songwriter and actress who won the American Idol competition in its debut season, and became America's Sweetheart. The win not only catapulted her to fame, but also earned the singer a multi-album contract with RCA Records 19 Recordings and 'S Records. Since then she has made several studio albums. Three of which reached the top of the US Billboard 200' chart and the rest of her albums just fell short of the top spot. Her name is among America's top performers. When she was successful, she experimented with different genres and themes, frequently writing her own songs to her own personal experiences. For her uniqueness and vocal ability, she was awarded critical acclaim as well as a variety of prizes. Most notably she has won three times the Grammy Award three times. Music isn't the only thing she is involved in. She has also appeared in movies and television programs. River Rose and the Magical Lullaby is her book for children. She was also involved in charitable work and numerous other organisations.
